Why I Do This Work
I created the Brazen Code because I lived the cost of playing by rules that were never designed for women. I watched capable, brilliant women be underestimated while mediocre men were promoted. I experienced what it meant to be undervalued, sidelined, and told to be patient, agreeable, and grateful. And I refused to accept that as the ceiling.
I don’t teach theory from the sidelines. I built a system from lived experience, strategy, and fire. The Brazen Code exists because women do not need to be fixed. Systems do. And the only way forward is women claiming power deliberately, collectively, and without apology.
This work is personal. It’s political. And it’s practical.
